Frequently Asked Question
General Q06 I have approximately 45 to 50 psi of water pressure. Do I need a booster pump? Can I bypass or remove it?

45 psi is the minimum recommended for the system. We recommend the system with a pump simply because it will prevent any pressure issues from happening, and also helps to cut down on the amount of drain water used. The pump will always improve the efficiency of the system, even if your pressure is above 45 psi. If your system already has a booster pump, then the pump does require power in order to use the system so it won’t be possible to bypass or remove it.
